The Brazoria County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and A-Better Plumbing will host a free Latin Festival on Saturday, September 14, 2019, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Pearland Town Center, 11200 Broadway Street. The opening ceremony begins at 9:30 a.m. and includes a ribbon-cutting.
